Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Fund will be held at Cazenove Capital, 1 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU on 9 October 2024 at 11:00am for the following purpose:

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution:

• THAT, with effect from the close of the meeting, Clause 14.1 of the Fund's Rules be amended to read "The winding up or merger with another charity of the Fund shall require the agreement of the subscribers by a three-fourths majority at an Extraordinary General Meeting".
